WHO WE ARE
“Pehchaan” – means Identity! For over 8 years now, our group of volunteers are trying to reach out to the neglected children of society & help make their Identity. From elementary education to vocational studies, we have emphasized the value of education as a fundamental right. Our motive is to make Education accessible to every child with a desire to learn.
We have always tried to go beyond conventional studies.
The institutionalization and commodification of education across our country has severely restricted the ability for the underprivileged to access means of vocational as well as academic studies, and that’s the barrier that we aim to break with our street school.

Be Part Of The Team
Volunteership
Volunteering is for everyone who can work on ground or online & can contribute time as per their availability. Volunteering doesn’t come with any commitment. There are no certificates for volunteering.
Internship
Internship is for everyone who can commit a minimum duration of time to work on ground or online. All interns get a certificate after completing their committed duration of work. You can choose from multiple positions available for internship.
Member
Membership is for eveyone who can’t commit time or can’t work either online or offline. In either case, an individual can commit a certain amount of donation every month & become a member of the trust. A Member can also sponsor education of an underprivileged child.

Our dream is to help build a future for as many children as we can. If each one of us starts taking responsibility of at least one child. There would be a day when no child would stay away from education.
