Some days leave a mark far beyond the hours they hold.
Some lessons are too vivid for blackboards.
At Pehchaan the Street School , we believe that learning is not just about books— it’s about the moments that spark imagination
and open new windows to the world.
A new portal to a new dimension.
Not all classrooms have walls,
And not every lesson begins with a chalk.
This time,
The classroom was an Art Museum — where brushstrokes became a language, sculptures spoke of the history and colours? They
whispered stories our students had never heard before.
When we planned a day out, we didn’t just wanted to break from a routine, we wanted to gift our children an experience—
something they could feel, explore and carry with them long after the day was done.
When the idea of a Museum visit first came up we knew, we wanted something more than just a field trip. We wanted a space that could speak to our children, not with long lectures, but through Beauty, Curiosity and the silent power of Art.
That’s when we came across the Kiran Nadar Museum of Art , an inspiring initiative taken by HCL that brings the world of Indian Art to life.
We reached out through Instagram, not expecting much, with our fingers crossed. But what we received instead… was kindness in return. Soon after our message, we were warmly connected to Mr. Rohan Jasuja , a key member of the Museum and someone who didn’t just respond but listened.
From our very conversation, Mr. Rohan brought both clarity and compassion into the picture. He made us feel seen, not just as an organisation but as a team with hopes for every child we teach. With patience and warmth, he helped us plan every detail:
✔ Smooth coordination for travel.
✔ Thoughtful arrangements for refreshments.
✔ A day filled with interactive activities and guided gallery tours.
What could have been just another visit, became something unforgettable.
The moment our students stepped into the Kiran Nadar Museum of Art , their eyes widened— not just in awe, but in wonder. For many, this was their first in a place so grand, quiet and filled with stories. Told not through words, but through colours, shapes and silence. They walked through halls where paintings danced with meaning, where sculptures stood tall like time itself and installations invited them to question, imagine and dream.
Some paused quietly before a canvas— Trying to understand what the artist might have felt.
In that Activity room, things shifted. Silence turned into laughter and questions. For that afternoon, They weren’t just students, They were Artists, Storytellers and Dreamers in motion.
When the day ended, our students left the Museum not just with what they saw but with what they felt.
A spark of curiosity,
A new story to tell…
An understanding that Art can be a voice, a question or a window.
They discovered that art can speak for us, make us think, or simply sit with us in silence.
From the first “ Hello ” to the final “ Goodbye ,” every moment at the Kiran Nader Museum of Art was painted with generosity and care.
Thanks to Mr. Rohan Jasuja and the team who made it possible.
Every detail— planned with care.
Every moment— crafted to inspire.
All with one goal: to create joy.
On behalf of the students, teachers and volunteers at Pehchaan the Street School,
We Thank you again for giving our children a day where they not only explored Art, but discovered themselves.
